Welcome to Nisarg Tours, Pune. By booking any domestic or international travel service with us, you agree to the following General Terms & Conditions. These policies are created to ensure transparency, clarity, and a smooth travel experience, while safeguarding both our valued guests and Nisarg Tours from unforeseen circumstances.

1. Booking & Payment

• Booking is confirmed only after receiving the registration amount.
• Full payment must be completed before the departure date as mentioned in your invoice.
• Registration/advance amount is non-refundable.
• Online payment or booking confirmation means you accept all terms and conditions.
• Nisarg Tours reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not completed on time.

2. Pricing & Tour Cost

• All prices are in INR unless mentioned otherwise.
• Tour cost may change due to:
  • Increase in fuel prices
  • Government taxes
  • Airline fare changes
  • Hotel rate changes
  • Currency fluctuations (for international tours)
• Any increase must be paid by the guest before departure.

3. Hotels & Accommodation

• Hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• If the mentioned hotel is unavailable, a similar category hotel will be provided.
• Standard check-in and check-out time will apply. Every guest has to abide by the check-in and check-out time of the respective hotels.
• Triple sharing room may include an extra mattress/rollaway bed at additional cost.
• No refund for unused rooms or services.
• Additional hotel services (room service, jacuzzi, minibar, heater, etc.) are chargeable directly.

4. Transportation

• Vehicles will be provided as per the itinerary.
• Drivers cannot drive in No-Entry zones, extremely narrow roads, or restricted areas. AC may not work in hilly areas.
• Vehicle service hours are limited per day. Extra charges apply for additional usage.
• In case of breakdown, alternative arrangements will be made depending on availability.
• Nisarg Tours is not responsible for traffic delays, roadblocks, or natural disturbances.

5. Sightseeing and Entry Tickets

• Sightseeing is strictly as per itinerary.
• Entry tickets, camera fees, safari, ropeway, adventure activities are excluded unless mentioned.
• Some sightseeing spots may require walking.
• Foreign nationals may have different entry charges.

7. ID & Travel Documents

For Domestic Tours:

• Valid government ID (Aadhaar / Passport / Driving License / Voter ID) is mandatory.

For International Tours:

• Passport valid for minimum 6 months.
• Valid Visa.
• Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

All guests must carry valid government-issued ID proof with a clear photograph. Hotels or camps may refuse check-in in the absence of proper documentation, and Nisarg Tours will not be held responsible for such denial of services.

8. Visa (International Tours)

• Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the embassy.
• Nisarg Tours only assists in documentation.
• Visa rejection will attract cancellation charges as per policy.
• Guest must verify visa details before travel.

9. Health & Safety

• Guests must ensure they are medically fit for travel.
• Any medical condition must be informed in advance.
• Nisarg Tours is not responsible for medical emergencies, injuries, or accidents.
• All medical expenses must be borne by the guest.

10. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to:

• Maintain discipline during the tour.
• Respect co-travelers, staff, drivers, and local culture.
• Avoid any illegal or inappropriate behavior.

Misconduct may result in removal from the tour without refund.

11. Luggage & Personal Belongings

• Guests are responsible for their own luggage and valuables.
• Nisarg Tours is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

12. Itinerary Changes

Nisarg Tours reserves the right to:

• Change hotel
• Modify sightseeing order
• Adjust travel schedule

Due to weather conditions, government orders, flight changes, or any unforeseen situation.

13. Cancellation Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Airline cancellation charges are as per airline rules.
• No refund for unused services.

14. Force Majeure

In case of:

• Natural disasters
• Pandemic
• Political unrest
• Government travel restrictions
• Flight cancellations

Nisarg Tours may:

• Reschedule the tour
• Provide credit note for future travel
• Adjust tour dates

Cash refund depends on supplier refund policies.

15. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Pune, Maharashtra jurisdiction only.
