As each piece is made with love especially for you, we do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds.
RETURNS
We are happy to assist you in case of any genuine issues. Returns are accepted only if:
- You receive a wrong product, or
- Any item is missing from your order
Please inform us within 2 days of receiving your order.

An opening video is mandatory to raise any return request. This helps us resolve the issue quickly and fairly. Requests without an opening video may not be accepted.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT
At Auraamyst, we ensure all products are carefully packed with the highest attention to safety. Despite this, we cannot be held liable for any damage caused during transit after the order has been dispatched
